Hira Panna Infraprojects is planning to develop a residential complex The Emperor at Sikandarpur in Patna district of Bihar.

The project will come up over 1.5 acre of land parcel and comprise main building with 66 flats, one EWS block with 84 flats and one clubhouse including parking provision.

In August 2022, Hira Panna Infraprojects received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Bihar for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by December 2022.
