Harshpriya Construction intends to develop residential complex at Dumduma village, in Khurda district of Odisha.

The project will comprise a tower and a commercial block along with parking facility. The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) has granted environmental clearance for the project.

Work on the project has been delayed due to pending paper works and financial approvals.

Work on the project is expected to commence by June 2023.
