GYGY Infradesign is planning to develop an IT/ITES Park 'Mentis' at Sector-140, Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

The project will spread over 4.94 acre of land parcel. The project comprises construction of two buildings of 24 floors with IT office space and other amenities including parking provision.

In July 2022, the company has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Uttar Pradesh for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.

The project is expected to be completed by September 2025.
