Grow India Nirmiti is developing a high rise residential-cum-commercial complex The Canary in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will comprise nine residential buildings with 966 flats and a commercial building including various modern amenities.

In January 2022, work on buildings A to D was commenced. Podium work for buildings A to D is underway.

Work on remaining buildings is expected to commence by January 2023.
