Gopalan Enterprises India is developing an IT park Gopalan Fortune City at Mahadevpura, Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.

The project comprises of two phases with two blocks in each phase. The project will see development of four blocks of G+11 floors including various modern amenities like cafeteria, multiplex, clubhouse, gym, ATM, crèche, amphitheater, indoor and outdoor games arena, etc.

Around 50 percent work on the Phase-I has been completed. Around 10 percent work on the Phase-II has been completed.
