GAR Corporation is planning to construct a Hotel at Kokapet in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The project will spread over 1.12 acres of land parcel.

The proposed 236 rooms hotel comprises a building of S+ ED+ 12 upper floors including restaurant with 200 members seating capacity, banquet hall with 150 members seating capacity and parking facility.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023. The company is awaiting environment clearance and other necessary clearances for the project.

The project is expected to be completed by December 2026.
