Deccan Bio Ventures is planning to develop a commercial complex at Turkapally village, Medchal-Malkajgiri in the state of Telangana.

The project will spread over 5.33 acre of land parcel and comprises five buildings of stilt+G+2 floors, canteen & service blocks of G+1 floor along with parking facility. The project aims to develop laboratory space & related services to the tenant companies to carry out their R&D and pilot plant activities.

In July 2022, the company has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by December 2022.
