Cybercity Housing is planning to develop a commercial complex at Mangadu in Kancheepuram district of Tamil Nadu.

The project will spread over 1.11 acres of land parcel and comprises one building of three basement+ ground+six floors with hypermarket, retail shops, restaurant, food court and theatre including parking facility.

Cybercity Housing is awaiting environment clearance for the project. The architect and contractor have been finalised.

The work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.

The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2024.
