Crux Bioethanol India intends to set up ethanol manufacturing unit with a capacity of 200 klpd at Peddavaram in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh.

The project will also include six MW co-generation power plant. The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) has accorded environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.
