Concorde International Hotels is planning to construct hotel at Shettigere village in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.

The project will spread over 11.93 acre of land parcel which comprises construction of hotel building of 2B+G+4 floors and restaurant & office building of G+3 floors along with parking facility.

In July 2022, Concorde International Hotels has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Karnataka for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022. The process of appointment of contractor is in progress.
