Brigade Group has inked definitive agreements for prime land parcels in Chennai and Bengaluru.

These lands have a total revenue potential of Rs 4,000 crore in the next four to five years.

The agreement to purchase Mount Road property in Chennai from the TVS Group company has a potential one million sq ft of mixed-use development comprising office, retail and residential.

The Bengaluru joint development property has a development potential of over two million sq ft of residential apartments.

The company has a pipeline of upcoming projects of 10 million sq ft with key projects in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
