Asmi Developers is redeveloping residential complex Asmi Legacy at Goregaon (West) in Mumbai.

The project will spread over 0.94 acre of land parcel and see development of two towers with 266 flats along with parking facility.

Asmi Developers has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Plinth work is underway for both the towers.

The residential complex is expected to be completed by December 2026.
