AR Property Developers intends to construct shopping mall at Maduravoyal in Chennai district of Tamil Nadu.

The project will spread over 1.97 acre of land parcel. The project comprises a block of 2B+G+7 floors and service block of 2B+G floor and will have a hyper market, commercial (anchor) store, food courts & kiosk, cinema theatre along with parking facility.

AR Property Developers is awaiting environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by April 2023.
